Welcome to Kiwanis Club of Troy! We are all passionate about making our community and the world a better place for children so they can thrive. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through unique and innovative service projects and fundraising initiatives.
SAVE THE DATE – 2027 Harvesting Hope: Healing Begins with US Youth Mental Health Assistance Fundraiser will be held on Friday, May 21, 2027 at the Troy Historic Village. This Troy Kiwanis Foundation fundraiser raises funds for the KIT (Kiwanis Inspired Teens) Fund that supports youth needing financial assistance for mental health counseling and other mental health initiatives.
Did you know since Spring 2025, we (along with our community) have funded over 250 mental health counseling sessions for students in need. Mental health assistance is a critical piece in giving students with no insurance +/or low income a fighting chance of mental wellness. Our community supporters have helped us fill this financial gap.
Our members include bankers, lawyers, school superintendents, college professors, accountants, mental health advocates, and other various professions. With various experiences and knowledge, we are committed to helping our youth “one child at a time” be the best they can be!!

Do you know someone whose kindness permeates their being? Kindness is one of the steps to being a great community contributor. It is also what makes Kiwanis great worldwide. One of the acts of kindness also started in Detroit over 110 years ago in the form of Kiwanis. It propels us to great things with small acts of giving back to our community.
Perform some random act of kindness today, and then tell us about it. Not to shine the spotlight on yourself, but to inspire us with ideas for how to do the same.
Be a part of the kindness act and join us at one of monthly meetings to see what we are doing next. Our September monthly meeting is at Sedona Taphouse on Sept 14 at noon. Reach out to us for more detail or information. Check out our blog for past events helping community youth. k06542.site.kiwanis.org/blog/... See MoreSee Less
